- Please arrive at least 45 minutes before tour start time for off water training and induction. Late arrivals may need to be moved to another booking
- This experience is located at Hawkesbury River Marina, 9 Dangar Road, Brooklyn, NSW 2083. By Train: It is a one minute walk from Hawkesbury River Station (on the Central Coast/Newcastle line).
- In times where the weather conditions force the cancellation of a tour, a full refund will be offered if rescheduling is not possible.
- No licence or experience necessary
- Minimum passenger age is 7 years old and at least 125cm tall
- Minimum driver age is 12 years old but must have a consenting adult on the ski with them
- 16 and 17 years olds can drive alone but require proof of age and parental consent must be signed at the marina
- Participants must complete the safety induction, follow the guides' instructions and follow the law
- Participants must remain with the tour group
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
