Great service, easy booking and stunning island

I will highly recommend Green island to families. The oz experience was easy to book and clear instructions made our day easy and unforgettable. The boat was big and comfy. We were given complimentary coffee on board. The island has all the facilities. If you are after snorkelling I would recommend book a tour with the boat team as it is quite complicated toll know good spots for reefs and corals. Overall we had a great day

Great staff, seamless experience

Smooth on boarding and knowledgeable staff. Full of knowledge and made the trip an ease. Loved the big fish feeding at the end

What you can expect

Enjoy a scenic cruise to the popular Green Island and spend hours exploring the beautiful coral cay with a full day cruise from Cairns departing at 9am. On board the 'Big Cat', a luxury 35-metre catamaran, you'll be comfortably transported to the island to enjoy a total of 5 hours exploring the island and enjoying some of its best attractions.

With optional complimentary snorkelling equipment hire or a glass bottom boat tour, you'll be able to see the beautiful reef from either the water or from the dry and comfortable seat of the glass bottom boat. While on green island you can also enjoy the various walking trails through the rainforest to see the other side of this tropical paradise.

Tours return back to Cairns by 5pm and the journey takes around 45 minutes to an hour depending on the weather conditions.

Great experience

Last year we had visited Fitzroy island, this year we visited Green island. Green island is much better than Fitzory. In addition, the Big Cat was great too.
