- In your clue email, you will find a recommended time for your first stop. Usually, between 10 am and 1 pm
- Please allow at least 3-4 hours for this experience
- Our starting points change depending on different factors. e.g. day of the week, dietary requirements
- You will receive a clue's email that will have the start location
- You can make changes to your experience booking (this includes, but is not limited to, the experience itself, date, time, people and dietary needs) at any time up to 3 business days before your experience date. Please keep in mind that some changes may incur an added cost.
- If you need to cancel, you can do a full refund at any time up until 3 business days before your experience date. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded due to service & supplier costs already incurred.
- A confirmation email from the Tour Operator will be sent within 24 hours of making your booking
