  • Boats depart exactly at the scheduled time and return after three hours.

  • Please be ready 15 minutes prior to departure.
Terms And Conditions
  • A security bond of $200 is required. This will be taken as a pre-authorisation from a valid debit card and will be cancelled once the boat is returned without damage. Alternatively, if you choose to use a credit card, the pre-authorisation amount will be $1.
  • The nominated skipper must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A form of photo ID must be provided, preferably belonging to the individual who made the booking.
  • Guests may consume up to two alcoholic beverages per person, but the skipper must maintain a 0.00 BAC.
  • Fishing is not permitted on our boats.
  • Guests are not permitted to dock the boat at another location; they must remain on the water for the duration of their booking.
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience.
  • Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience.
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience.
Booking Information
  • Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking.
  • Mobile vouchers are accepted.
  • For your information, complete tour operator details, including contact information, are provided on your tour voucher.
  • Availability was accurate at the time of booking; however, it is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • We strongly recommend reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of booking and before making other travel arrangements.
