- The provider will contact you as early as possible if the weather is likely to hinder flying. If that's the case, your flight will be rescheduled to the next Saturday or Sunday convenient to you

- Due to aircraft limitations and for your safety, combined passenger weight must not exceed 250kg. All flights are also subject to approval based on the aircraft's total weight and balance configuration, considering the combined weight of all passengers and any personal items.
- For flights booked with 1 or 2 seats, you will be paired with other passengers to ensure all three seats are filled. Alternatively, you can purchase all three seats for an exclusive private flight.
- Your flight experience time gracefully includes your safety briefing, photo opportunities, and the essential aircraft preparation and shutdown procedures.
- We kindly request all passenger names and weights in Kilograms (including clothes and shoes) at the time of booking (e.g., Jane Doe 75kg, John Smith 90kg). This helps us prepare your flight perfectly.
- Refunds aren't available if you choose not to participate on the day of your confirmed booking for any reason.
- Reschedules are permitted due to weather or other operational issues that might arise, ensuring your safety and the best possible flight experience. We'll always do our best to communicate any necessary changes to you promptly.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
