- Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Maximum of 20 participants
- Guests are welcome to bring their own binoculars. Shared pairs will also be available and sanitized before and after use
- Astronomy tours are weather-dependent and may be cancelled due to cloud cover; confirmation will be sent by 1pm on the tour day
- If cancelled due to weather, customers may reschedule with a transferable voucher valid for 3 years in the Blue Mountains or Jervis Bay, or attend the indoor planetarium experience; no monetary refunds apply
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
