What you can expect

Drop from New Zealand tallest building, on this exciting fast speed descent.

From 192 metres (630ft) above the city, at the top of Auckland’s iconic Sky Tower, wearing a seated harness, you’ll be attached to a very long steel cable.

You’ll have a few moments to enjoy the view of the city of sails while the safety checks take place.

The fast speed controlled descend lasts just under 10 seconds, before a smooth and soft landing at the bottom. Because it’s not a freefall, you don’t get the traumatic gut drop feeling.

The SkyRide comes with a full photo and video pack and a Sky Tower pass included.
