- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure
- This experience is approximately two hours in duration.
- This experience departs from 105 Curran Street, Westhaven Reserve, Herne Bay, Auckland 1011.
- Transfers from Sky Tower Plaza (corner of Victoria and Federal streets) are available upon request.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- Minimum age is seven years old
- Minimum weight limit is 35kg and maximum 150kg
- Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- Cameras, cell phones, loose clothing, or equipment are not permitted to be carried on the bridge
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
