  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure
  • This experience is approximately two hours in duration.
  • This experience departs from 105 Curran Street, Westhaven Reserve, Herne Bay, Auckland 1011.
  • Transfers from Sky Tower Plaza (corner of Victoria and Federal streets) are available upon request.
  • Closed-toe shoes are required.
  • Minimum age is seven years old
  • Minimum weight limit is 35kg and maximum 150kg
  • Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult
  • Cameras, cell phones, loose clothing, or equipment are not permitted to be carried on the bridge
  • In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
  • Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
