What you can expect
Experience the complete exhilaration of Airlie Beach tandem skydiving from up to 8,000ft with a beach landing to top it off. Soak up incredible views of the Whitsundays as you jump over the islands and Airlie Beach before your beach landing on the beautiful Midge Point Beach. You'll be strapped to a tandem instructor who will take care of all the technical aspects, all you need to do is jump!
Skydiving is known as life's ultimate thrill, and it really is. Before your jump you'll have some practice time and you'll also be taught the skydiving basics of canopy control and safe landing procedures. Once you're confident you'll enjoy a 20-minute flight to an altitude of up to 8,000 feet (over 4,200 metres) where, after a final check, it's time to hop out and take the quick way down – skydiving to the beach!

- Skydives operate daily at regular intervals from 6am. Allow approximately 3 hours for your total skydive experience. Upon completion of purchase, the activity provider MUST be contacted to confirm the exact skydive time and pick up time (complete local activity providers details are included on your tour confirmation voucher)

- If you are self driving, the drop zone check-in office is located at 1 Air Whitsunday Road, Flametree, 4802 (5 min drive from Main Street)
- You must be 16 years of age or older to skydive
- There is no maximum age limit, however reasonable fitness is required
- All jumps are subject to change due to weather conditions
- Surcharges apply to participants 94kg and over (see below for weight surcharges)
- Maximum weight for this dropzone is 110kg __Weight Surcharge__
- 94kg - 104.9kg: $50 to pay on arrival (94kg and above requires an on site assessment to determine safety issues due to harness size restrictions)
- 105kg to 110kg: $75 to pay on arrival

- Risk Warning: Your participation in parachuting activities is inherently dangerous and may involve risks. These risks include, but are not limited to those arising from prevailing conditions such as weather or health conditions you may have. Despite careful packing, the parachute may open abruptly or not open correctly which may result in injury. Unintended incidents may occur during the aircraft flight, descent or on landing. Parachuting is done at the parachutists' own risk. Any person parachuting, training to parachute, flying in any aircraft being used for parachuting or participating in any activity carried out by Skydive Australia may only do so on the distinct understanding that they do so entirely at their own risk.

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- The activity provider MUST be contacted prior to travel to confirm exact skydive time and pick up if required
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the activity. Vouchers presented on a mobile device are also accepted

Amazing experience! For a first time skydiver, the staff were warm and welcoming and made my friend and I feel very comfortable. I would recommend this activity to anyone who has ever wanted to go skydiving! Also, a good price compared to other places I’ve looked at!
