Wonderful tour! We had a fantastic tour guide who was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we had the most wonderful Byron Bay/QLD-NSW experience. Coupled with the beautiful scenery of Byron Bay, this made for a wonderful day all round!
Started the day out nice and early

Started the day out nice and early. The driver was bright, cheery and very knowledgeable. First stop was a little cove, Hastings Point. A photo opportunity of the magnificent coast. We then ventured in to ‘the farm’ a morning tea stop. Very busy for a Monday. Made an order had to guess where to get the order from. Had a walk around there’s a bakery and plant shop. Back on the bus to ‘the lighthouse’ this area proved to be quite interesting, could have easily found more to do with extra time allotted to be there. We enjoyed this stop and actually ran out of time before fully investigating. Next stop Byron Bay, we were advised of a pickup time and location and left to look around ourselves.
This place whilst good to see was probably left a little too long there. We were back at the meeting point a good half hour before bus was due.
Overall was an interesting day and a great way to see little snippets of our country before you decide where you would like to spend a longer time at.

An excellent experience with a very informative commentary. We particularly enjoyed the trip down as we have not been in this area before. We also enjoyed the stop at the farm for morning tea and fish & chips in Byron. The lighthouse visit was very interesting. A great trip.

Barry was a knowledgeable tour guide and driver. While at Byron Bay, we enjoyed the lighthouse, the walking path around the lighthouse, the museum, and the spectacular views. We were able to spot dozens of dolphins and several whales. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon on the beach, going through all the shops, and eating/drinking in the cafes. The locals were gracious and fun to spend the afternoon with. I would recommend this tour to those who want a different vibe altogether!

We found the bus driver very good, humorous, a good description of areas of interest. And a pleasant safe driver.
The stop at the lighthouse was good but could be improved by a longer stay.
Macadamia Castle - well that's another story. This place is tired rundown and desperately in need of a makeover. The restaurant prices were excessive and obviously a tourist trap for the unwary.
The tourist shop - for the seller who boasts local produce, items for sale etc. This again where we found prices were excessive.
Cup of coffee was my spend. I wouldn't recommend Macadamia Castle to anyone.

We had a lovely day at Byron Bay, the weather was great, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the drive. We had around 3 hours in Byron Bay which allowed us a relaxed experience without rush, we had a tasted lunch and took plenty of pictures. The had added colour to our honeymoon trip. Great operator, friendly tour guide, definitely recommend!

The trip to Byron was great

The trip to Byron was great! And hanging out at Byron Bay was relaxing by the beach. However, the time spent at the lighthouse was a bit too short as I would like to walk down the trail all the way down to the bottom. This will take some time. We were given only like half an hour at the lighthouse. Perhaps more time could be allocated to those who like to trek down to be nearer to the sea.
We were lucky to spot some dolphins swimming past the lighthouse area. It was definitely nice area to visit for scenery.

Fantastic day tour of Byron Bay and Crystal Castle. Our driver was very knowledgeable and hospitable which made our day very enjoyable. Also, the couple of free hours we had to do our own thing was great and just enough time for us to explore by ourselves. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family and will be using them again in my future travels.
