Bingil Bay Beach

What you can expect

One of the four villages in the Mission Beach region, Bingil Bay is a beautiful oasis with that secluded, tropical atmosphere tourists search for. Located a short 7 kilometres from Mission Beach, Bingil Bay features so much natural beauty you won't know where to look first! From reef and creeks to rainforest and waterfalls, you can easily spend the whole day exploring the gorgeous Bingil Bay region. With limited facilities and only a few shops available, be sure to bring most of your own supplies on your trip to Bingil Bay. Though Bingil Bay is a popular swimming beach, visitors are to be aware of the dangers. The region is known for strong currents, irukandji, bluebottle and chironex jellyfish, and crocodiles, and is unpatrolled so be weary when in the water and on the beach.
