  • Due to aircraft limitations, the seat weight for a passenger must not exceed 135kg; all flights will be subject to approval for the balance configuration of the aircraft
  • The provider will contact you as early as possible if the weather is likely to hinder flying. If that's the case, your flight will be rescheduled to the next Saturday or Sunday convenient to you
Cancellation Policy
  • __All cancellations must be in writing and addressed to V2 Helicopters. There are no cancellations available for flights that have been postponed or rebooked from a postponed flight. The following fees will be payable by the Client for Flights cancelled by the Client depending on notice given to V2 helicopters:__
  • Less than 21 business working days prior to departure – 25% of full Price
  • Less than 14 business working days prior to departure – 50% of full Price
  • Less than 7 business working days prior to departure – 100% of full Price

  • Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
  • Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
  • Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
