- Enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing with ease of movement.
- The minimum age is strictly eight years
- Up to six players at once
- There is no charge to transfer the package to a friend, which can be done on arrival
- Maximum of one player per pod at any one time
- Maximum of six people playing at any one time
- Spectators can watch players from a spectating area
- Some games allow for a "Seated Play" mode
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
