Whitsunday Shuttle Service is a friendly Door to Door airport transfer and tour charter company, which operates out of Cannonvale, at the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands.

Whitsunday Shuttle Service specialises in reservations only transfers for individuals and groups arriving and departing from airports, hotels and cruises in the Whitsunday area. The fleet are 13-37 seat mini buses and coaches which are comfortable for all length journeys.

All transfers to be pre-booked with 24 hours prior notice.
Coaches leave punctually from their designated pick up points.
We recommend that passengers should be at their check in point at least 10 minutes prior to coach departure.
Smoking is not permitted on coaches.
Alcohol is not permitted on coaches.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be provided subject to the following conditions: * 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to departure – Full refund. * Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to departure – Half refund. * Failure to board – Nil refund.
