KAWARAU DUO, Jetboat and Raft

The Kawarau River near Queenstown offers a more leisurely experience than the Shotover River, and this great value aquatic adventure activity combo will let you get the most out of the waterway by incorporating both a jet boating and whitewater rafting combo. Rafting on the Kawarau River provides a great introduction to rafting itself as its rapids are easier to negotiate than the Shotover River, with a series that consists of grades 2-3 as opposed to the Shotover's more difficult 3-5.
