Tour Times

Tours depart the Gold Coast at approx 6am and return at approximately 7.30pm on the third day.

Important Information

• Time, Tides, and Weather Permitting, every effort is made to include ALL activities and destinations listed. However due to the extreme nature of the Agnes Water Coastline, and weather unpredictability in general, some activities are subject to Tide, Time, and Weather factors, some activities and destinations may not be available.
• In regards to the child rate, they must have at least one accompanying adults sharing room, and MUST upgrade to a 2-Bedroom Apartment. If there is 1 Adult and Child sharing, then child must pay adult ticket rate, but only pays child boat access fee rate and does not have to upgrade to 2 bedroom apartment. If there is 1 Adult and 1 Child sharing room, then child must pay adult ticket rate but only pays child boat access fee rate.
• A fuel levy may be applied if fuel rises above $1.80 per litre.

Terms

Cancellations with less than 24 Hours notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 72 hours, but not less than 24 hours, incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice, but not less than 72 hours notice incurs a $25% cancellation fee. Cancellations not less than 7 Days notice will incur a 5% cancellation fee (administrative processing). Please note, there is a $20 per person per tour surcharge for all public holiday periods, including Easter and the 24th December through to the 1st of January inclusive.
