Tour Times

Tours depart Tuesdays and Fridays all year round from the Gold Coast at 6am and return on the third day at approximately 6.30-7.30pm. Tours depart from outside the Holiday Inn Surfers Paradise, View St, please wait outside the main entrance at least 10 minutes prior to departure.

• Time, Tides, and Weather Permitting. Every effort is made to include ALL activities and destinations listed. However due to the extreme nature of Fraser Island and Rainbow Beach, and weather unpredictability in general, some activities are subject to Tide, Time, and Weather factors, some activities and destinations may not be available.

Terms

Cancellations with less than 24 Hours notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 72 hours, but not less than 24 hours, incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice, but not less than 72 hours notice incurs a $25% cancellation fee. Cancellations not less than 7 Days notice will incur a 5% cancellation fee (administrative processing).Please note, there is a $20 per person per tour surcharge for all public holiday periods, including Easter and the 24th December through to the 1st of January inclusive.
