Use your Freedom Pass to visit local shopping centres, beaches, tourist attractions, entertainment precincts and more.

Freedom Passes are valid for consecutive days from and including the arrival date.

Passes expire at midnight on the last day of travel except the return airport transfer which is valid for 30 days from date of issue.

Airport Transfers

NORTHERN transfers are available from the Gold Coast Airport to accommodation houses from Tugun through to Hope Island.

SOUTHERN transfers are available from the Gold Coast Airport to accommodation houses from Kirra through to Kingscliff.

Southern transfers operate on a scheduled timetable and do not meet all flights.

Return airport transfers are valid for 30 days from date of issue.

Theme Park Transfers

Return, door to door transfers to the theme park of your choice.

Services operate daily between registered accommodation houses and all major theme parks.

One theme park per transfer.

Theme Park transfer bookings must be made by 7pm the day prior to travelling.

Luggage

Persons are to carry luggage and personal items on the service.

Pram and Strollers

• Prams and Strollers must be placed in the designated wheelchair space with brakes applied on buses with wheelchair accessibility.
• If the designated wheelchair space is already occupied the pram or stroller must be folded and stowed securely in the luggage rack with the child seated with the carer.
• Prams and strollers are not permitted in the aisle or any location that restricts other passengers entering or exiting the bus.
• If the bus is not wheelchair accessible the pram or stroller is be folded prior to boarding the service and stowed in the luggage rack and the child seated with the carer.

No refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of travel.

Offer door to door transfers to registered accommodation houses and hotels only.

No baby seats are supplied on the service.

It is essential to book your return airport transfer 24 hours prior to your flight Due to the construction of the Light Rail throughout the Gold Coast, customers may experience from time to time an amended drop off/ pick up location to their accommodation house.
