Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary in Brisbane, Australia, is the worlds first and largest koala sanctuary, with over 130 koalas. Cuddle a koala anytime, handfeed kangaroos and encounter a large variety of Aussie wildlife, all in beautiful, natural settings. Inclusions
Entry includes access to all shows including the wild lorikeet feeding, baby barn animal feeding, sheep dog shows and bird of prey flight shows.
Opening Times
Open daily from 8:30am to 5:00pm everyday except 1:30pm to 5:00pm Anzac Day, (April 25) and 8:30am to 4:00pm Christmas Day.
Getting There
By Boat - The Mirimar boat cruise departs from the Cultural Centre Pontoon at 10:00am daily. (Located on the boardwalk outside of the State Library). The cruise takes approximately one hour & 20 mins, arriving at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary at around 11:20am. The boat departs Lone Pine for the city at 1:30 pm. You can also get here by Automobile and Bus.
