Want to experience whale watching on the Gold Coast – even if you don’t live there? Well, thanks to both Gold Coast Tourism and Experience Oz, now you can – a great giveaway for the “ultimate Gold Coast Whale Watching Experience for Two” is now up for grabs! Owing to its unique geography, large whale numbers and a give-month whale watching season, the Gold Coast is one of Australia’s best and brightest whale watching destinations, and the winner of this competition can be a part of it all. So what’s involved? How do you enter? Here’s the details:
The Prize
- Return flights for 2 from your nearest Australian capital city
- 2 nights’ accommodation
- Whale watching tour for 2
- SkyPoint Climb for 2
- Airport Transfers
How do I Enter?
- Simply click here to download the Experience Oz banner.
- Print this out on an A4 sheet of paper.
- Have a friend or family member snap a photo of you holding the banner in front of your favourite “Oz destination” in your town or city.
Some possible suggestions for locations include the sign of your home town, a famous landmark in the area, the local noticeboard, or your own, highly-creative (and very Oz-zy!) idea!

All pictures will be posted to our Facebook and the winner will be chosen based on a public vote – so the picture with the most votes wins! Voting will open on Thursday 21 June, 2012, so get your photos in NOW!
