Hi

I want to purchase the VIP Pass, we are traveling from New Zealand to the Gold Coast on 22 August for 8 days. Should I purchase the passes now or can I purchase these when we are at the Gold Coast? If I purchase the passes now how do I get these?

  It’s up to you if you purchase now or when you get here. You have 120 days to visit the fist park from the date of purchase. On your first entry you will be asked to complete a form with your details and a card is issued to you with your photo on it.

I’m a little confused….in another topic titled ‘National VIP Pass is HERE!’ you have replied that Experience Oz is excluded from the 120 day rule but per above it appears Kirsty says it does apply – which is it please as I don’t my family to be denied access when we go there in March….??

  The National VIP Pass is available to all Australian and International Visitors. There is another VIP Pass Locals offer which is only for QLD residents.

  Thanks for your message. For lost or stolen VIP Passes your friend can show up at the gate with their photo ID and request a replacement card. There is a $20 charge for replacement cards.

Hi, My boyfriend lost his VIP pass not long ago and we are heading back to the theme parks soon. I noticed you could get a replacement card by showing ID at the gate. We live interstate, is there anyway of making payment online or over the phone and having the replacement card sent out??

  Thanks for your enquiry. You will be able to get a replacement card, however there is a replacement fee. If you contact the Theme Parks directly they will be able to look up your boyfriends details and organise a replacement. I’m sure that being interstate will not be a problem, and you wouldn’t be the first one to ask this question. You can contact Village Roadshow Theme Parks on 133 FUN.

Hi Admin,
I purchased the VIP pass in October 2011 and I am planning to return to the gold coast from the 27th of June to the 30th this year. We were given a printed form from the website we purchased the tickets on, we used this paper form to gain entry instead of the plastic ID cards. I have lost these forms and also live interstate. Will anything previously mentioned be an issue in getting a replacement card/form?
