Open Day at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Wildlife Hospital – Sunday 22nd July!
See the amazing vets and nurses in action as they examine and treat injured wildlife at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Wildlife Hospital Open Day on Sunday July 22nd from 9am – 1pm. The Currumbin Wildlife Hospital admits over 7000 native animals each year and each receives the highest level of veterinary care until they are completely rehabilitated and released back into the wild.
This massive undertaking is done without state or federal government funding and the Foundation relies on public donations and corporate sponsors to fund this vital work. You too can make a donation by visiting the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Foundation web page.
The Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Wildlife Hospital Open Day offers your family a chance to chat to hospital staff and volunteers about the vital work they do with sick and injured animals at the Wildlife Sanctuary Hospital. At the open day you can take a tour of the rehabilitation facilities and check out all the life-saving equipment and learn how it all works! There will also be a sausage sizzle, face painting and a coffee van for Mum and Dad, there is even a raffle with a chance to win a signed Gold Coast Titans Jersey!
