Explore Auckland’s natural and built city highlights and Waiheke Island’s wineries on this full day guided tour! Your journey begins with a trip across the famous Harbour Bridge, on which you soon realise why Auckland is known as the City of Sails! Next, you make your way to the iconic Mount Eden, a dormant volcano in Auckland, and enjoy breathtaking views from its summit, including views of Rangitoto Island, the youngest volcano, the Waitemata Harbour and more.

From here, you travel through the city’s oldest park, Auckland Domain, situated on a 62,000-year-old volcano. Finally, tour the charming and trendy shopping area of Parnell Village, where you can browse the historical building, boutique eateries, arts galleries, antique shops and other specialty stores.

After your journey along the Tamaki Drive, a scenic shore route, you board a cruise from the Waitemata Harbour to Waiheke Island. On the island, join a guided tour of three acclaimed wineries, including Mudbrick, Ridgeview Estate and Te Whau. Enjoy hours of wine tasting, sample platter of fresh canapés and stunning views of the Hauraki Gulf, before returning to Auckland on a relaxing afternoon cruise.

Tour Time and Location

This tour departs from the Sky City Coach Terminal, 102 Hobson Street, Auckland at 8.45am. A complimentary pick-up service is provided from inner city hotels if required. You will return at 11.40am. Hotel drop-offs are not available with this tour.

Cancellations

No refund will be made against customer failure to report prior to departure. Claims for refunds due to circumstances beyond the control of tour operators, service supplier or customer should be submitted in writing, but no later than 30 days after the date of tour departure. Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of cancellation. It is recommended that customers adequately insure themselves against cancellation charges and the possible loss of money or personal belongings.

Childrens fares

3 - 12 years inclusive. Infants under 3 years old no charge when not occupying a seat, however please advise sales staff when an infant is travelling. This applies to all tours except for GS9NW, GS9RNW, GS9ENW, GS9DN, CRW, KBA & KBP where child fares are 5 - 14 years inclusive and infants under 5 years. On GSOB1 child fares are 2-14 inclusive.
